Original movie prop used in "The Watcher" from 2000 starring Keanu Reeves. The hair pin was worn by the character "Elli", played by actress Rebekah Louise Smith.

The prop comes with the original COA signed by UniversalPictures and PremiereProps and is about the size of a coin.
